I can see if my brother still has his,
he has aftermarket exhaust, And I told him to keep the factory stuff in case he crashed or something like this came up.........
It might actually be out in my garage I will go look.

Ummm.....I don't think that's off a Honda 450 or it's an aftermarket tip. The muffler I have looks like this.

I need that little tube arrestor that bolts into the muffler. I need it really quiet is why I'm looking. But thanks Tuff for scrounging around for me! Very Happy

Ya its for a Honda muffler, its a HRC tip. It comes with there HRC kits. I am pretty sure its to get rid of the tube arrester in the factory mufflers. Who want's it to be quite anyways. I thought your dad was the old one!
I will call my brother and see if he still has the old can sitting around somewhere. It might still have the factory arrester in it.

Cool, thanks! I modified a factory muffler to bolt to my RZR exhaust. I blew open the POS DFR muffler at Sandfest, now it's cracked again. The 450 muffler I have has no core and it's WAY too loud! I tried making a new insert but it's still loud. I like loud bikes, but loud pipes on the RZR gets pretty old.

Appreciate it. The sooner the better cuz right now I have a really loud rzr. Everyone I've tried down here has tossed theirs! I did scrounge up a HRC diffuser to put into the spark arrestor when I get one though.

Leave 'em in my shop too long and they're fair game Laughing Besides, with his big-bore stroker you probably couldn't pay him to put a stock pipe on it.
